Enamel-Coated Wire

Enamel wire is a type of electromagnetic wire that is formed by coating multiple layers of insulating paint on the surface of a metal conductor (usually copper or aluminum). Its main function is to achieve efficient conversion of electrical energy and magnetic energy. This is accomplished by the current-carrying conductor being subjected to force in a magnetic field or generating induced current for energy conversion.

  • 1. Annealing Process:
  • During the drawing process, the grain structure of the bare wire changes after cold deformation. The annealing process enables the copper material to undergo grain reorganization again, making it more flexible. To prevent the surface of the wire from oxidizing.

 

  • 2. Painting Process:
  • There are mainly two coating methods for enameled wires: felt layer coating and mold coating. Felt layer coating is mainly used for the production of fine wires, while mold coating is mainly used for the production of thick wires.

 

  • 3. Solidification Furnace:
  • The solvents in the liquid insulating paint will evaporate in the high-temperature solidification furnace, and then undergo catalytic combustion in an energy-saving and environmentally friendly manner.

 

  • 4. Lubricant:
  • A certain amount of lubricant needs to be precisely coated on the surface of the enameled wire. The lubrication treatment of the enameled wire is crucial for obtaining stable winding characteristics and ensuring zero defects under high-speed winding conditions.

 

  • 5. Outer diameter control:

  • 6. Tension Control:
  • Maintaining continuous and stable tension control during the coating production ensures that the metal wires are evenly and smoothly arranged on the reel.

 

  • 7. Winding:
  • The spacing of the wires and the rotation speed of the reel are key control variables in the production process. This ensures the consistency and excellence of the electrical winding performance.

 

  • 8. Monitor:
  • Operators can obtain all important parameters during the painting process from the monitor.
